Operational visibility
The Insights area (analytics in the product) aggregates activity so you can see how agents and workflows behave over time—filters help narrow to teams, agents, or periods that matter.
Use it to spot bottlenecks, idle automation, or sudden spikes that deserve policy or capacity attention.
How to use insights well
- Start with weekly reviews: are pulses and crons firing as expected? Are tasks moving or stalling?
- Correlate insights with health views when agents show degraded connectivity or tool failures.
- Export or screenshot trends when sharing with leadership—tie charts back to business outcomes, not only token counts.
Growing into maturity
Early workspaces may show thin data; as you adopt tasks, automation, and artifacts, dashboards become more meaningful. Commit to a small set of KPIs and refine them quarterly.
