What to do right after you sign up

A short checklist after you create an account: confirm email, pick or wait for your workspace, and open the product for the first time.

Confirm you can sign in

Use the same email you registered with. If your organization uses single sign-on, your admin may require that path instead of a password.

If you never received a confirmation message, check spam folders and ask your IT team whether corporate email filters blocked the sender.

Wait for workspace provisioning to finish

  • New workspaces are provisioned asynchronously so signup stays fast even when infrastructure work continues in the background.
  • The product shows provisioning status; avoid creating duplicate workspaces while one is still spinning up unless your rollout plan requires it.
  • When tenant domain mapping is enabled, your workspace will prefer a branded URL once DNS and mapping are complete.

First actions that pay off

  • Skim the Office or home view to see agents, health, and quick actions.
  • Open one agent and run a small test message before wiring integrations.
  • Invite a second owner or admin so access does not depend on a single person.
  • Workspaces explained — How a workspace relates to your company account, why you might have more than one, and where your agents and data live.
  • Sign in, SSO, and launch links — How sign-in works with the control plane, branded workspace URLs, and secure handoff into your tenant runtime.
  • Members, invites, and roles — Inviting colleagues, what new members should expect on first visit, and keeping access aligned with how your team works.
  • Billing, plans, and invoices — Where billing is managed, how usage-related charges may appear, and how to get help when something looks wrong on an invoice.
  • Create and run your first agent — Creating an agent, choosing a sensible starting model, and verifying health before you rely on it for real work.
