Where billing lives
Open Settings → Billing in your workspace for upcoming and previous invoices, or to manage the subscription. Usage lives under Settings → Usage. Invoices reflect the plan and seats configured for the workspace.
Usage and surprises
- Model and connector usage can vary week to week; spikes often correlate with new automations or large batch jobs.
- Bring-your-own-key setups may still include platform fees depending on your plan—check your order form or admin console labels.
Billing disputes
Email support with invoice id, workspace name, and a short timeline. Screenshots of the usage view accelerate reconciliation.
