Fix common problems
First steps when something looks broken: refresh, check workspace status, verify connectors, and confirm you are in the right workspace.

Quick triage order
- Confirm you selected the intended workspace.
- Hard refresh the browser tab or try another browser.
- Check status or health surfaces inside the workspace for agent or gateway issues.
Connectors and keys
Many “suddenly broken” reports trace to expired API keys or changed OAuth consent. Reauthorize or rotate keys, then retry a minimal action.
Still stuck
Open the contact support article and send timestamps, workspace id if shown, and a redacted screenshot of the error.
