Members, invites, and roles
Inviting colleagues, what new members should expect on first visit, and keeping access aligned with how your team works.

Inviting people
Send invites from workspace or organization settings, depending on your deployment. New members should accept from the same email address that received the invite when possible.
Roles and responsibility
- Keep at least two people who can manage billing and membership.
- Limit who can install marketplace bundles or create API keys if your policy requires tighter governance.
Removing access
Revoking access stops future sign-in; it does not automatically erase historical audit or billing records your contract may require to retain.
